Contexte et objectifs : La composition du pool d’acides biliaires (AB) ayant une influence majeure sur la physiopathologie hépatique, nous avons étudié l’impact du récepteur TGR5 sur celle-ci et sur les fonctions vésiculaires. Matériels et méthodes : Des souris wild type (WT) ou invalidées pour TGR5 (TGR5-KO) ont été soumises à : une hépatectomie étendue (HE) à 90% sous régime normal, enrichi en acide ursodéoxycholique (UDCA 0.5%) ou cholestyramine (CT 2%); une ligature de la voie biliaire principale (BDL); un régime normal, enrichi en CA ou en agoniste TGR5 (RO5527239 (RO)) avec ou sans cholécystectomie (CC).
