Cette thèse de Doctorat s’inscrit dans la poursuite de travaux de recherches pédagogiques (Chalmel, 2015 ; en collaboration avec Many, 2016) distinguant les fondements, les spécificités et les finalités éducatives didactiques (Moi social) et pédagogiques (Moi). Alors que les lignes de forces historico-étymologiques de l’accompagnement (Estienne, Nicot,) dégagent les enjeux, la valeur morale et la notion du cœur, nos analyses herméneutico-phénoménologiques issues de notre Enquête et d’un corpus théorique (Haberey-Knuessi, Grimaud, Houssaye, Lobrot, Marzano,) éclairent le devenir de l’individu Moi social dans divers champs professionnels.
