Le virus respiratoire syncytial (VRS) et le métapneumovirus humain (hMPV), appartenant à la famille des Pneumoviridae, sont les principaux agents responsables de bronchiolites chez les jeunes enfants. En l’absence de vaccin et de traitement spécifique efficace contre ces infections, le développement de nouvelles stratégies antivirales reste nécessaire. Mon projet de thèse porte sur l’étude fonctionnelle et structurale du complexe polymérase du hMPV.
