Cette thèse porte sur l’étude de transistors organiques en couches minces (OTFT) par la méthode de microscopie à sonde de Kelvin (KPFM), en particulier sur l’études des contacts, et sur le développement de la méthode KPFM. Plusieurs semiconducteurs ont été étudiés sur des structures de transistors planaires ou empilées. Les principaux résultats ont été obtenus sur les technologies à base de DNTT.Une comparaison entre la méthode usuelle de caractérisation des résistances de contacts, la méthode des lignes de transmission (TLM), et la méthode KPFM, a été réalisée.
