A partir des décès certifiés électroniquement de 2012 à 2016 en France, la thèse vise à mettre en œuvre et évaluer les performances de méthodes de traitement automatique des langues, pour classer les causes médicales de décès disponibles en texte libre dans des regroupements syndromiques (RS) pertinents pour la surveillance réactive de la mortalité à visée d’alerte et d’évaluation d’impact sanitaire.Près de 100 RS répondant aux objectifs ont été définis.
