This work proposes to think about the hospital of tomorrow by examining the evolution of hospital architecture in line with medical progress, particularly in terms of nosocomial infections. Indeed, nosocomial infections constitute and shape hospital spaces. Therefore, giving meaning to architecture allows us to glimpse this intimate link that unites them and to find, through architectural ethics, answers to the problems posed by nosocomial infections. These functional and ethical questions upset our perceptions of the medical and hospital world, since they question its limits and constraints.
