Εtude des Ιοns Ρhοsphiranium : Synthèse et Réactivité

For a few years, the URCOM laboratory initiated a study aiming at studying the synthesis and reactivity of phosphiranium ions, that are three-membered ring phosphoniums, barely known in the literature. The team developed a new C-centered ring-opening reaction of these salts with aniline derivatives, leading to originals β-amino tertiary phosphines.The work described in this manuscript is the next logical steps to explore the chemistry of these original compounds, from discovery to understanding, especialy through the synthesis of new original structures and their study through the new C-centered ring-opening reaction. To keep developping this transformation and to access to new tertiairy phosphines, the search for new nucleophilic partners has been realized. Finally, a new synthesis using photoredox catalysis, has been explored to acces to a larger range of phosphiranium ionsDepuis quelques années, le laboratoire URCOM a entrepris d’étudier la synthèse, et surtout, la réactivité des ions phosphiranium, phosphoniums cycliques à trois chaînons, très peu documentés dans la littérature. Le laboratoire a développé une réaction d’ouverture C-centrée inédite de ces sels, par les dérivés d’aniline, permettant l’obtention de phosphines tertiaires β-aminées originales.Les travaux décrits dans ce manuscrit s’inscrivent dans cette démarche de découverte et de compréhension de ces composés originaux, notamment au travers de la synthèse de nouvelles structures originales de phosphiraniums et leur étude via la réaction d’ouverture C-centrée. Afin de continuer à développer cette transformation et accéder à de nouvelles phosphines tertiaires, la recherche de nouveaux partenaires nucléophiles a aussi été réalisée. Enfin, une nouvelle méthodologie de synthèse, par catalyse photorédox, a été explorée afin d’accéder à une plus grande gamme d’ions phosphiraniu
