For a few years, the URCOM laboratory initiated a study aiming at studying the synthesis and reactivity of phosphiranium ions, that are three-membered ring phosphoniums, barely known in the literature. The team developed a new C-centered ring-opening reaction of these salts with aniline derivatives, leading to originals β-amino tertiary phosphines.The work described in this manuscript is the next logical steps to explore the chemistry of these original compounds, from discovery to understanding, especialy through the synthesis of new original structures and their study through the new C-centered ring-opening reaction.
