Introduction: The chronic low back pain is rare, but still represents 85% of the socio-economic cost generated by patients who suffer from low back pain as a whole. The back physiotherapy workshops in Alençon were created to try to avoid this chronicity. It was important to find out how the participants benefited from this program in order to research possible avenues for improvement. The objective of this study was to analyze how patients suffering from sub-acute or recurring lower back pain experienced a physical activity program in a small group setting, supervised by a physiotherapist.
