La dynamique des interactions communicationnelles associées à la mise en place d'un dispositif d'apprentissage en ligne du français par des apprenants marocains

The thesis is interested in the study of interactional dynamics, and deals more specifically with the analysing of the digital trace of students interactions that attend a course online. The main purposeis to see to what extent the activities at work in the platform would mainlyfoster, or not, pooling and sharing knowledge amongpeers.Our researchis consistent with both the information sciences andcommunication and educational sciences. Moreover , itbringstogethertheoretical section in which wedefined the main concepts, especially those related to e-learning and an empiricalelement in which weimplemented an experimental hybrid teaching devise forcheck our research hypotheses.The objectives of this thesis are threefold and go back to: Firstly, to observe howthe "Learn French Online" platform, dedicated to the students of French studies of the university Ibn Zohr of Agadir, could fosteror not the learning. Secondly to explore how it facilitates mutualization and sharing knowledge among students. Thirdly to explore how the digital trace could help identify user profiles in a context learning.Soto understand the logic of appropriation of the device online by students, we shed light on ethno-technological approach, which studies the relationship between technologies, user practices and society.The results demonstrated that learning and knowledge capitalizationAre constructed in different ways according to the interactional exchanges of learners, and that comes on the basis of cognitive and conative variables. Consequently, our experiment was able to identify four profiles of learners: epistemic, pragmatic, intuitive and refractory.La thèse s’intéresse à l’étude de la dynamique interactionnelle, et vise plus particulièrement à analyser la trace numérique des interactions des étudiants qui suivent un cours en ligne .L’objectif étant de voir dans quelle mesure les activités à l’œuvre dans la plateforme favoriseraient, ou non, la mutualisation et le partage des connaissances entre pairs.Notre recherche, qui s’inscrit à la fois dans les sciences de l’information et de la communication et dans les sciences de l’éducation, combine d’une part un volet théorique dans lequel nous avons défini les principaux concepts et notions se rapportant à l’apprentissage en ligne, et ce dans leurs versants numérique, technologique, cognitif et conatif et, d’autre part, un volet empirique dans lequel nous avons implémenté un dispositif expérimental d’enseignement hybride pour vérifier nos hypothèses de recherche.Les objectifs de cette thèse sont triples et reviennent à: observer comment la plateforme « Apprendre le français en ligne », dédiée aux étudiants de licence des études françaises de l’université Ibn Zohr d’Agadir, favorise ou non l’apprentissage, étudier la manière dont elle facilite le partage et la mutualisation des connaissances entre les étudiants ; explorer comment la trace numérique pourrait contribuer à l’identification des profils des utilisateurs dans un contexte d’apprentissage.Ainsi, pour comprendre la logique d’appropriation du dispositif en ligne par les étudiants, nous nous sommes inspirés de l’approche ethno-technologique, qui étudie la relation entre les technologies, les pratiques des utilisateurs et la société.Les résultats ont montré que l’apprentissage et la capitalisation des connaissances se construisent de différentes manières au gré des échanges interactionnels des apprenants, et ce en fonction des variables cognitives et conatives.
