The first part of the thesis relates to study the disruptive role of Coulomb energies during a population transfer in minimal time for a quantum system that corresponds to a Bloch model with interactions describing a quantum dot. After modeling of the dynamic systems at two, three or four energy levels one study the problem of minimal time optimal control for each system. Geometric and numerical methods recently developed on 2-dimensional manifolds based on the Pontraygin maximum principle allow to characterize bang-bang and singular extremal trajectories and to analyze the minimal transfer time according to the influence of Coulomb’s interaction parameters on a transition frequency.
