Many businesses have significantly affected by the Pandemic Covid-19, including property, as a primary human need. The property personal selling, which is one of the effective ways to sell a property, is not sufficient anymore to attract the potential consumer to come and find the property agent. This study uses quantitative research and data were collected from 105 respondents by using questionnaire and purposive sampling technique. The regression results showed that there is a positive correlation between social media marketing and personal selling on interest in buying a property at the Discovery Property Agency.
