The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Consumer Trust, Price, and Consumer Satisfaction on Consumer Loyalty during the Covid19 pandemic at Suramadu Depot, Surabaya City. The research methodology in this study used 147 samples collected through questionnaires and disseminated through social media. Respondents' responses were analyzed by descriptive analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that consumer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, but consumer confidence and price did not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.
