Pengaruh GCG, CSR, dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Return Saham Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI

The purpose of this study was to determine Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and dividend policy on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this research is documentation, namely by collecting data obtained from financial reports and complete annual reports issued by the company through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 8 companies. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the support of WarpPLS7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and dividend policy have a significant effect on stock returns of manufacturing companies. Partially Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on stock returns.
