Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Institusional, Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Pada Periode 2016 – 2020

The purpose of this research is to analyze and detect the effect of the institusional ownership, investment opportunity set, capital structure, profitability and firm size on firm value ini manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year 2016-2020. The population of this research is all of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on year 2016-2020 there were 143 companies. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The research sample consist of 103 companies with 495 unit analysis. The data analysis technique used in thi research is multiple linear regression analysis. This research obtain the result that institutional ownership, investment opportunity set and firm size have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure and profitability have not significant effect on firm value
