The civil service is a safe, interesting and promising sector to work in. The stages of its career development have been studied rather narrowly, especially in the Lithuanian Armed Forces. Currently, the Law on Civil Service of the Republic of Lithuania is in force, which regulates the careers of civil servants, but they are not flexible.
