Military service improvement in the context of aspirations for improving the quality of life

The Master's thesis analyzes the needs and opportunities for improvement of military service in the light of improving modern quality of life challenges, expectations and needs. For the first time in the field of human resources management in military organization, the aims are to examine two types of circumstances (a) circumstances reflecting the impact of the improvement of the military service on the quality of life in the modern society and the improvement of its quality; b) circumstances reflecting the quality of life features of soldiers, military personnel and civil servants, and as well as opportunities for improving the quality of life of military service and its organization improvement measures. It has been shown, that the targeted modernization of the military service and military organization’s activities is an important factor in improving the quality of life of the whole society, in particular in terms of security as well as in the implementation of expectations and aspirations of progress in the field of innovation and technological advances in the various fields of life. The link between improving the quality of life and improving the military service is revealed. Highlighted the features of quality of life of soldiers, military personnel and civil servants. Revealed the necessities and possibilities to improve the quality of life of military service and its organization improvement measures. Theoretical and empirical researches performed for improving the military service in accordance with the modern challenges, expectations and needs of improving the quality of life, highlighting the priorities of the quality of life of soldiers, military personnel and civil servants
