The situation of constantly changing international relationships and security contexts of countries and their Armed Forces rise necessity to improve the capacity to fight a new kind of conflicts - information wars. There is a need to improve modern Lithuanian military human resource development and management practices purposeful to information operations context in individual and organizational levels.
