The master thesis investigated the relationships between person-organization value congruence, organizational commitment and intention to stay. Value congruence and organizational commitment dimensions were selected considering analysis of scientific publications. Each of the study variables was measured by applying previously validated and commonly used scales: value congruence, organizational commitment and intention to stay. The results of Lithuanian Armed Forces Conscription and Recruitment Service personnel survey confirmed findings of earlier studies that organizational commitment is positively related to intention to stay and value congruence is positively related to both organizational commitment (especially emotional commitment) an...
