Counter terrorism fight does not satisfy with the results it‘s provide by still failing to stop jihadists from carrying out terrorist attacks in the West. In 2014 Islamic State manage to establish the Caliphate. This event even increased the stream of recruits from the Western countries and the Islamic State managed to take the lead from al-Qaeda as the main terrorist organization. In the competition for the support and recruits, one of the essential role is played by the propaganda. It‘s goal is to show yourself as the the supreme terrorist organization, compromise it‘s enemies and motivate individuals to join the jihad. In the recruiting process and provoking terrorist attacks in the West an effective tool is considered to be terrorists periodic publications. In 2010 al-Qaeda released it‘s first magazine with such content. Inspire magazine is oriented to radicalize muslims who are living in the Western countries.
