Team work development of National defense system

The aim of the study: theoretical and practical team work aspects suggested by Lithuanian and foreign authors is analysed and systematized, foresee guidelines for improvingteam work in the National Defence Volunteer Force Headquarters. In the first part of the master‘s paper defines the theoretical and practical problems of teamwork. In the second part defines team and group concepts, overview of the organization of teamwork, shown effective teamwork principles. The third part contains teamwork organization methods. It is used quantitative analysis in this work. Basing upon the theoretical analyse I made anonymous questionnaire and performed team work research. It gaves detailed analysis of organization of teamwork and development opportunities. Employees established approach to teamwork, also it allowed to identify opportunities for improvement teamwork. According to the survey results, obtained from an approved master hypotheses: In National Defence Volunteer Force Headquarter commanders pays too little attention to the teamwork, so branches work is organized more in individual than in team work. Also organizing work on team approach to improve performance. In the last part here are presented the findings and recommendations, which are useful to improve teamwork organization
