Analysis of dangerous cargo logistics safety aspect

The purpose of my thesis is to carry out an analysis of regulations, violations, accidents of logistics of dangerous cargo during storage, preparation for transporting and transportation. Also the causes of violations are determined and proposals that would improve the security of dangerous cargo logistics are made. The first part of thesis describes the regulations and legal base of transportation of dangerous cargo, also requirements of labeling, packing, loading, unloading and storage. It contains requirements for cargo, transportation vehicles, personnel and additional equipment which is a part of or can be found in transportation vehicles. The second part of thesis presents the statistics of violations that occured in 3 years and which were found during special checks. An analysis of requirements of logistics, violations and accidents was done and dynamics of these violations are presented, patterns and causes are identified.
