Culture includes all times of humanity; It is a concept that has transformed from the past to the present and still continues this transformation. The concept of cultural heritage was put forward at the “United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization General Conference” organized by UNESCO in 1972 and it was accepted that the cultural heritage works that are the subject of the “World Heritage Convention” constitute a part of the common heritage of all humanity.
