Benjamin ve Badiou'da Sanat ve Politika İlişkisi

This study aims to explain Benjamin and Badiou's ideas on the relationship between art and politics by placing the concept of truth in the central position. In order to establish a historical background in the first part of the study, in order to show the relationship in question, the relationship between art and truth is discussed under different political conditions; the views of the German Romantics, Hegel, Marxism, Lukács, Nietzsche and Heidegger will be presented. In the second part, Benjamin's views on the relationship between art and politics will be explained within the framework of the concepts of Aura, history, allegory, and dialectical image. In the third chapter, Badiou's ideas on the relationship between art and politics are discussed in the perspective of a new truth, a new aesthetic thought; will be presented within the framework of the concepts of being, event, justice and democracy. Thus, it will be explained what problems the relationship between art and politics points to in the philosophy of both Benjamin and Badiou, how the concept of truth takes place in these problems, and how both philosophers find solutions to these problems.Bu çalışma, Benjamin ve Badiou’nun sanat ve politika ilişkisine dair fikirlerini hakikat kavramını merkezi konuma yerleştirilerek açıklamayı amaçlamaktadır. Söz konusu ilişkiyi gösterebilmek için çalışmanın birinci bölümünde tarihsel bir arkaplan kurmak amacıyla, sanat ile hakikatin ilişkisinin farklı politik koşullarla ele alındığı; Alman Romantikleri, Hegel, Marksizm, Lukács, Nietzsche ve Heidegger’in görüşleri sunulacaktır. İkinci bölümde Benjamin’in sanat ve politika ilişkisine dair görüşleri, Aura, tarih, alegori, diyalektik imge kavramları çerçevesinde açıklanacaktır. Üçüncü bölümde Badiou’nun sanat ve politika ilişkisine dair fikirleri, yeni bir hakikat, yeni bir estetik düşüncesi perspektifinde ele alınarak; varlık, olay, adalet ve demokrasi kavramları çerçevesinde sunulacaktır. Böylece hem Benjamin hem de Badiou felsefesinde sanat ve politika ilişkisinin hangi problemlere işaret ettiği, bu problemler içerisinde hakikat kavramının nasıl yer aldığı, aynı zamanda her iki filozofun söz konusu problemlere nasıl çözümler ürettiği açıklanacaktır
