The purpose of this study is to explore emotional intelligence in relation to the hospitality sector in the West Balkans and how often it is used in a working environment. The key factors mentioned are of high importance for leading a successful team especially in the hospitality sector. The study consists of several key factors: employee-supervisor relationship satisfaction, supervisors' investment in bettering the team, supervisors' behavior under stress, understanding, respect and trust between the employee and the supervisor and many more.
