Multipli mijelom (MM) čini ukupno 10% hematoloških malignih bolesti i 1% malignih bolesti ukupno. Autologna transplantacija krvotvornih matičnih stanica (ATKMS) danas je standard u liječenju bolesnika mlađih od 65 godina, ali i onih do 70 godina koji su bez značajnih komorbiditeta. Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati rezultate liječenja bolesnika s MM-om koji su liječeni s ATKMS te procijeniti utjecaj ključnih kliničkih čimbenika na preživljenje bez progresije bolesti (engl. Progression Free Survival, PFS) i ukupno preživljenje (engl. Overall Survival, OS).
