The CroRIS Project: A National CRIS in Croatia

CroRIS is the Research Information System of the Republic of Croatia, currently in active development. The system is being built as part of the strategic project Scientific and Technological Foresight. This presentation elaborates the vision, scope and purpose of CroRIS, serving as national CRIS in Croatia. Once CroRIS reaches its maturity, it will include the national data on researchers, institutions, projects, research work, publications, products, patents, equipment, services, events etc. Presentation focuses on what has been achieved so far and discusses the challenges and some future plans for the project. Led from the University of Zagreb Computing Centre (SRCE), the development of CroRIS is reaching its half-way point in 2021
