Add to ORKGOvaj rad posvećen je Službi traganja i spašavanja na moru u Republici Hrvatskoj. U radu su prikazani njezini poslovi, ustrojstvo i djelovanje u okviru hrvatskog pravnog okvira. Posebno se naglašava njezina uloga u sigurnosti plovidbe. Zaključno se ističe uspješnost pravne regulative i učinkovitost rada navedene Službe u RH.This paper is dedicated to the Maritime Search and Rescue Service in the Republic of Croatia. The paper presents its activities, organization and activities within the Croatian legal framework. Particular emphasis is placed on its role in the safety of navigation. In conclusion, the success of legal regulations and the efficiency of the work of the said Service in the Republic of Croatia are emphasized
