This article considers potential problems regarding the stay of ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) arbitral award enforcement and demonstrates which questions could be raised. Author particularly points out to the existence of possible doubts in Croatia regarding the court’ s jurisdiction (jurisdictional conflicts), especially in case of enforcement of arbitral awards. Therefore special consideration is given to the provisions of Judiciary Act, Arbitration Act and Enforcement Act.
