Arthrokinematics of The Hip Joint - Six Weeks Treatrment of Anterior Femoroacetabular Impingement : Undergraduate Thesis

Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti pojam prednjeg sindroma sraza zgloba/femoroactabularni sindrom sraza (FAI) kuka te objasniti i provesti kvalitetni kinezitarpijski tretman u trajanju od 6 tjedana. Sindrom sraza je poremećaj u kojem se višak kosti razvija duž acetabuluma (pincer impingment) ili na glavi bedrene kosti (cam impingment). Ovaj višak kosti oštećuje okolna meka tkiva tijekom pokreta u zglobu kuka. Ponekad dolazi do razvoja viška kosti i na acetabulumu i na glavi bedrene kosti pa onda govorimo o kombiniranom impingementu.The main goal of this final paper is to explain the concept of anterior hip joint syndrome and explain and conduct quality rehabilitation for 6 weeks. Femoroacetabular impingement(FAI) is a disorder in which excess bone develops along the length of the acetabulum (pincer impingement) or on the head of the femur (cam impingement). This excess bone damages the surrounding soft tissues during movement in the hip joint. Sometimes there is the development of excess bone on both the acetabulum and the head of the femur, and then we talk about combined impingement
