Role of laical believers in life and pastoral activity of the Church in the Light of instruction

Redemptionis sacramentum instruction was published on 25 March 2004. This instruction emphasizes that participation of priests and laical people in the Eucharist is indispensable. It also explains what distinctness and complementarity of both these missions consist in: priestly and laical persons. Proper serve of laical persons is not possible without assurance them suitable doctrinal formation. Only deeply going of the laical into meaning and thinking of the Church – sensus Ecclesiae – guarantee that their specific tasks will be fulfiled appropriately
