Stress is a global problem associated with serious health and economic consequences and, together with other risk factors, forms the health risk. Aim of the study: to evaluate the influence of workrelated stress on health risk in seafarers and onshore staff. Methodology. Survey about work- related risk factors in 600 employees, including 220 seafarers and 380 onshore staff was made in 2012. Statistical analysis was made using the SPSS21 software package, logistic regression and factorial analysis. Results.
