The article deals with the changes of representative capital city space associated with the ruling institutions after the last essential transformation re-establishment of independence. The tendencies of its existing and development are discussed, as well as the alternation of verbal and other symbols. After the re-establishment of independence the main ruling institutions remained concentrated at the same places as in the former epoch; they undertake the power and functions of the former rule together with its buildings. Therefore the buildings in time acquire the symbolic meaning of power.
