The present work will deal with the relation between the written and oral production of 9th grade students of the Elementary School, of the afternoon shift, of the Profª Adília de Aguiar Leite Municipal School, located in the municipality of Carmópolis / SE, regarding the 3rd person verb forms from the simple present tense. We will investigate the recurrence of the nature of omissions in the verbal flexion of this written production and how the related segments in speech are performed or not.
