Projetos Culturais em biblioteca comunitária/escolar e sua relação com a formação de leitores de biblioteca

This work has as its theme the cultural projects in community/school library and its relation to the formation of library readers, with the overall objective to understand the type of relationship established between these categories. The specific objectives of the research were: build cultural projects worked in the library of SESC unit Siqueira; demonstrate whether and how cultural projects help readers in search of subjects on the shelves; to conduct research on sources of information (books and internet); the development encouraging reading and registration process readers. The research in development is qualitative and has exploratory character, as investigated whether and how the cultural activities developed in the SESC library unit Siqueira favor the formation of library readers. As data collection instruments, we used the interviews and non-participant observation during the actions. Were interviewed in charge of culture, the librarian, four teachers, five elementary school students and five people from the outside community, everyone involved with the projects. We conclude that cultural projects are improvers training library readers and that such actions are critical to the communities, contributing to the promotion thereof and assisting in the exercise of citizenship.Este trabalho tem como tema os projetos culturais em biblioteca comunitária/escolar e sua relação com a formação de leitores de biblioteca, com o objetivo geral de compreender o tipo de relação estabelecida entre essas categorias. Os objetivos específicos da pesquisa foram: compilar os projetos culturais trabalhados na biblioteca do SESC unidade Siqueira; demonstrar se e como os projetos culturais auxiliam os leitores na procura dos assuntos nas estantes; em realizar pesquisas nas fontes de informações (livros e internet); no desenvolvimento do incentivo à leitura e no processo de cadastro de leitores. A pesquisa em desenvolvimento é qualitativa e tem caráter exploratório, pois investigou se e de que forma as atividades culturais desenvolvidas na biblioteca do SESC unidade Siqueira favorecem a formação de leitores de biblioteca. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados, utilizou-se a realização de entrevistas e a observação não-participante durante as ações. Foram entrevistados o encarregado de cultura, a bibliotecária, quatro professores, cinco estudantes do ensino fundamental e cinco pessoas da comunidade externa, todos envolvidos com os projetos. Conclui-se que os projetos culturais são potencializadores da formação de leitores de biblioteca e que tais ações são fundamentais para as comunidades, contribuindo para a valorização das mesmas e auxiliando no exercício da cidadania.São Critovão, S
