MODES OF OCCURRENCE AND CONCEALMENT OF RELATIONS BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND POLICY IN THE FIELD OF PSYCHOLOGY OF LEGAL PRACTICE LINKED TO SPEECHES OF HUMANIZATION.

This work is part of the questioning of psychology‟s policy in its articulation with the field of law. It is an approach designated by the perspective of Institutional Analysis, articulating contributions of schizoanalitic and social perspectives, and by Foucault‟s notion of power. Presupposing that knowledge and policy are intertwined, but with a relationship historically marked by attempts to break up, the questioning focuses on the investigation of the appearance kinds or concealment of the relationships between knowledge and policy in the field of juridical psychology practices related to the humanization speeches. It‟s evident a description of the context in which there is a meeting between psychology and law, based on Donzelot‟s work (1986). We searched the paths of the Social genealogy elaborated by that sociologist to develop a juridical psychology genealogy in its present time and historicity. Articulating Foucault‟s notion of power and psychologists‟ narratives who worked in the field of the State of Sergipe‟s Judiciary in 2005, we put into analysis the strategies of the humanization speeches as a way of separate the notions of knowledge and power that sustain these professionals‟ practices. It‟s also evident a discussion about the conception of man and psychology; a reflection on the subjectivity kinds taken as psychology‟s object produced by modern binary logic public/private, individual/collective, normal/pathological, among others. That is the problem that runs throughout the work. We reaffirm the impossibility of psychology necessarily works as a humanization practice by excellence: the psychological practice doesn‟t automatically operate a break with the punishment logic internment jail, it can only assume other signs: prevention education control. Trata-se de uma abordagem marcada pela perspectiva da Análise Institucional, articulando contribuições das perspectivas sócio e esquizoanalítica, e pela noção de poder foucaultiana. Pressupondo que saber e política estão imbricados, mas com uma relação historicamente marcada pelas tentativas de apartamento, a problematização foca-se na investigação dos modos de aparecimento e/ou ocultamento das relações entre saber e política no campo de práticas da psicologia jurídica ligados aos discursos de humanização. Consta uma descrição do contexto em que se dá o encontro da psicologia com o direito, tendo como base a obra de Donzelot (1986). Percorremos os caminhos da genealogia do Social elaborada por esse sociólogo a fim de elaborar uma genealogia da psicologia jurídica em sua atualidade e historicidade. Articulando a noção de poder foucaltiana e as narrativas dos psicólogos que atuavam no campo do poder judiciário do Estado de Sergipe no ano de 2005, colocamos em análise as estratégias dos discursos de humanização funcionando como forma de apartar as noções de saber e poder que sustentam as práticas desses profissionais. Consta ainda, uma discussão acerca da concepção de homem e a psicologia; uma reflexão acerca dos modos de subjetivação tomados como objeto da psicologia produzidos pelas lógicas binárias modernas público/privado, indivíduo/coletivo, normal/patológico, entre outros. Esse é o problema que circula em todo o trabalho. Reafirmamos a impossibilidade de a psicologia funcionar necessariamente como uma prática de humanização por excelência: a prática psicológica não opera automaticamente um rompimento com a lógica de penalização internação carceragem, apenas pode assumir outros signos: prevenção - educação - controle.
