Aspectos da implementação do SUAS em Sergipe na proteção social básica: equipamentos e RH

The present work of course conclusion discusses the social assistance policy, focusing on the analysis of data from the Secretariat of State for Women, Inclusion, Social Assistance, Labor and Human Rights (SEIDH) on SUAS equipment and professionals in the state of Sergipe. The overall objective is to analyze the structure of SUAS in Sergipe in relation to Basic Social Protection. The specific objectives were: To discuss the Social Assistance Policy as part of the mechanisms to cope with the "social question" in capitalism and to verify the applicability of the PNAS and NOB-RH / SUAS guidelines in the implementation of SUAS in Sergipe. The experience in the mandatory internship at SEIDH was extremely important to carry out this study. The research had a qualitative / exploratory character of the bibliographic and documentary type. Its results revealed that after the Assistance Policy was inserted in the Constitution of 1988, neoliberalism arrived, putting obstacles in its applicability. These obstacles are shown, among other things, in the fragility observed through the data on the equipment and the forms of hiring of the teams of workers of SUAS.O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso discute a política de assistência social, com foco na análise dos dados da Secretaria de Estado da Mulher, Inclusão, Assistência Social, do trabalho e dos Direitos Humanos (SEIDH), sobre equipamentos e profissionais do SUAS no Estado de Sergipe. O objetivo geral é analisar a estruturação do SUAS em Sergipe, no tocante à Proteção Social Básica. Os objetivos específicos são: discutir a Política de Assistência social como parte dos mecanismos de enfrentamento da “questão social” no capitalismo e verificar a aplicabilidade das diretrizes da PNAS e da NOB-RH/SUAS na implementação do SUAS em Sergipe. A experiência no estágio obrigatório na SEIDH foi de suma importância para a realização desse estudo. A pesquisa teve um caráter qualitativo/exploratório do tipo bibliográfico e documental. Seus resultados revelaram que após a Política de Assistência ser inserida na Constituição de 1988, o neoliberalismo apresentou-se inserindo obstáculos na sua aplicabilidade Tais obstáculos mostram-se, entre outros aspectos, na fragilidade observada através dos dados sobre os equipamentos e as formas de contratação das equipes de trabalhadores do SUAS.São Cristóvão, S
