The use of educational websites as didactic resource has been growing in order to represent a support in pedagogical practice. In this sense, this work aimed to analyze the structural and pedagogical aspects of the Ecological Relations content in educational sites as didactic resource for the teaching of Biology. The analyzes were done in 15 educational sites, directed to high school students, from a semi-open form. The research took place in two moments: selection of educational sites and analysis of data collected.
