The use of treated wastewater in agriculture provides for the recycling of nutrients, it is a cheap effluent disposal option and studies predicate that there is a significant increase in agricultural productivity. The present study had as objective to analyze the agronomic influence of the reuse of wastewater treated in the beet cultivation and the public acceptance as to the practice of this reuse.
