Biochar production waste pyrolysis from agroindustrial

Lignocellulosic residues, found abundantly throughout the country, they have been used as a source of biomass for themselves in the energy scenario, socioeconomic and environmental of the country, due to its composition and its higher added value. Among the forms of transformation of biomass, pyrolysis is a viable alternative has been used to produce liquid products (bio-oil), solid (biochar) and gas (biogas). The pyrolysis process can be defined as the thermal degradation of organic material in total or partial absence of oxygen at high temperatures. One of the featured products in this process are the bio-carbon (biochar), a product which has important applications as adsorbent for the treatment of wastewater, removing metallic dyes and other pollutants, making the patch of soil (fertilizer) and promotes retention nitrogen, sulfur, phosphates, calcium and organic matter in the soil. Thus, it is expected that alternative energy system to be generated through the use of lignocellulosic residues, as well as the diversification of the potential of the feedstock in the generation of products with industrial interest.Resíduos lignocelulósicos, encontrados abundantemente em todo território nacional, têm sido utilizados como fonte de biomassa por se destacar no cenário energético, socioeconômico e socioambiental. Dentre as formas de transformação de biomassa, a pirólise é uma alternativa viável e tem sido utilizada para produção de produtos líquidos (bio-óleo), sólidos (bio carvão) e gasosos (bio-gás). O processo de pirólise pode ser definido como a degradação térmica do material orgânico na ausência parcial ou total de oxigênio, em altas temperaturas. Um dos produtos em destaque nesse processo é o bio carvão (biochar), produto este, que apresenta importantes aplicações como adsorvente para tratamento de águas residuais, atuando na remoção de corantes metálicos e outros poluentes, na correção do solo (fertilizante) através da retenção de nitrogênio, enxofre, fosfatos, cálcio e matéria orgânica no solo. Sendo assim, espera-se que alternativas provenientes de resíduos lignocelulósicos venham a ser utilizados para aumentar o valor agregado dos resíduos e potencializar o seu uso como fonte de matéria-prima para interesse industrial.São Cristóvão, S
