The woman work at the Agroecosystems: a case study at the Settlement Dandara Malhador - SE.

At the last decade, the growth and actuation of brazilian woman in the work market has been extremely positive. In private, the performance of agricultural woman in the productive process of agriculture, assuring through the developed activities, contribution to the alimentary security. The research had for objective to describe the woman work in the agro ecosystems, aiming at subsidizing the planning of the institutions that act with woman in the context of familiar agriculture. It was developed a case study at the settlement project Dandara, Malhador municipality SE. The research was carried through bibliographical revision, collects of secondary data and application of a half-structuralized questionnaire. It was verified that woman has essential everyday life participation of agricultural activities, contributing of decisive way in the family foods production and the consumer market, but her introduction in the participation process and qualification technique don t have favored their organizations and they don t have decision power. The actions of the public politics elaborated by the government in the perspective of the equality promotion between men and women and sustainable development in the practical still leaves many gaps in advance terms in the implementation and indicate the challenge that still have to overcome. The necessity of bigger participation and knowledge is observed in the woman in such a way to favor the inclusion of analysis of this reality and methods can be searched to problem solution under perspective of transformation support, in the cultural social, economic and environmental dimension.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível SuperiorNas últimas décadas, o crescimento e atuação da mulher brasileira no mercado de trabalho têm sido extremamente positivos. Particularmente o desempenho da mulher rural no processo produtivo da agricultura, assegurando através das atividades desenvolvidas, contribuição para a segurança alimentar. A pesquisa teve por objetivo descrever o trabalho da mulher nos agroecossistemas, com vistas a subsidiar o planejamento de instituições que atuam com a mulher no contexto da agricultura familiar. Foi desenvolvido um estudo de caso no Projeto de Assentamento Dandara, município de Malhador - SE. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de revisão bibliográfica, coleta de dados secundários e aplicação de um questionário semiestruturado. Verificou-se que a mulher tem participação efetiva no cotidiano das atividades rurais, contribuindo de forma decisiva na produção de alimentos para a família e o excedente para o mercado consumidor, porém a sua inserção no processo de participação e capacitação técnica ainda não tem favorecido maior poder decisório nas organizações das quais fazem parte. As ações das políticas públicas, elaboradas pelo governo na perspectiva da promoção da igualdade entre homens e mulheres, e do desenvolvimento sustentável, na prática deixa muitas lacunas em termos de avanços na implementação e indicam os desafios que ainda se tem a superar. Evidencia-se, a necessidade de maior participação e conhecimento das mulheres de forma a favorecer a inserção da análise dessa realidade e se busque estratégias para solução dos problemas sob a perspectiva de transformação e de sustentabilidade, nas dimensões sócio-cultural, econômica e ambiental
