Increasing the productivity of horticulture in the region in recent years in state of Sergipe, led to intense use of resources such as soil and water and had as a consequence of worsening the sustainability of these systems agroecosystems inserted production objective of this study was to evaluate the environmental sustainability units of vegetables, the main product of the rule of vegetables in state of Sergipe.
