The present research looks for the development of an algorithm that makes the resolution of beam structures made by a generic elastic nonlinear material. The numeric method used for the creation of the beams was the matrix analysis of structures, with three degrees of freedom in each joint, however only the degrees of freedom that suffer influence of bending are subjected to physical nonlinearity. The theory used for formulation of the displacement of the beams is the Euler-Bernoulli Beam Theory, in which the shear stress on the cross-sectional area does not affect the displacements, however this kinematic model yields good results.
