The neoplasm is characterized by disordered cell expansion and its spread to neighboring organs and tissues. In the pediatric age group, cancer evolves in an accelerated, invasive and painful way, leading to a decrease in the quality of life of hospitalized children. However, when compared to adults, it has a better response to treatment. Given various methods, playfulness emerges as a complementary tool to the treatment of neoplasms. Given the above, the aim of our study is to systematically review playful therapy in improving the quality of life of hospitalized children with cancer.
