Stress is an important phenomenon because it may affect students\u27 learning and productivity. This analytical descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to measure the prevalence of stress among second year nursing students in their clinical placement, the most and least stressful clinical placements as perceived by the students, and also the coping strategies they used to cope with stress. The study also aimed to explore the association of stress with factors of stress as well as the participants\u27 socio-demographic variables.
