Social media is extremely prevalent in many aspects of modern life. It is essential to understand how time spent on social media impacts us. This study assumes that there is a negative correlation between the amount of time spent on social media and a level of self-control. Most of the previous studies were focused on young groups and how social media use may influence them. Therefore, it would be interesting to see a relationship between different age groups and excessive social media use.
