Alongside our performative audiovisual and sculptural installation work, we make physical works on paper. These, for us, are closely aligned to our broader practice, around the body and space. Indeed, we consider these works to be objects rather than images. Works on paper include: a recent and ongoing series of printed & cut woodcuts - with laser-cut holes &/or with cut strips/ 'divides'; and also painted out images (eg. on photographs, found paintings and religious imagery). The woodcut printed material is also manipulated into short animations, which exist in the digital realm.
