In this thesis, the flux of light antinuclei induced near earth by Cosmic Ray interactions with the interstellar matter in the galaxy is calculated. A good knowledge of this secondary galactic contribution is required for a significant search of primordial antimatter in the universe. Furthermore, antiprotons and antideuterons production in neutralino annihilation has been considered as a possible signature of the Dark Matter constituents in the universe. They have also been considered as evaporation products of primordial black holes. Their flux at Earth have been calculated in the perspective of searching for a possible signature of the source in the experimental spectra.
