Cadherins are linked to the actin cytoskeleton through a proteic complex. The aim of this thesis was to determine the respective roles for membrane and the actin cytoskeleton : nucleation and growth laws of fluorescent cadherin aggregates were acquired and compared with a theoretical model based on a competition between actin polymerization and membrane tension.
