The aim of this invited session is to give some recent results on open problems for robust observation and control of time-delay systems. The session will be concerned by the following main points : \begin{itemize} \item (robust) stability analysis of time-delay systems (Papers 1, 2 and 3) \item $H_\infty$ and optimal control (Papers 4 and 5) \item observation with unknown delays(Paper 6) \end{itemize} New results will then be provided on a wide range of subjects, representing some of the key points to be solved in Time-Delay Systems analysis (non linear case, neutral systems, unknown delays, uncertainties as well as robust and optimal control
