Our researches contribute to extend the machining feature model to aeronautical parts presenting specific machining difficulties. This feature model is able to encapsulate the required information to identify and manage the principal machining difficulties on this kind of part. From this information, we identify the difficulties related to cutting tools accessibility, the deformation of the parts under the cutting strengths, vibration risks ... which we analyze to propose an adapted machining process and a set of constraints. These constraints are used to devise the machining process plan so as to propose a machining process compatible with the identified machining difficulties.
